...at the end of leg day. So happy with how far I've come! (Archer 'phrasing!' Lol) Last fall I started doing these at 45 lbs and increased either rep range or weight each week. Don't be lazy! Push yourself!! You should be going up in weight or reps each week and constantly challenging yourself! Whatever your goals is, mine is obviously a better booty lol, you CAN get there- but it's going to take getting past your own mental barrier. You are the only person that can hold you back. We all have different paths of obtaining what we want or need, but no matter who you are, it takes hard work and dedication. Get rid of the negativity and do you. <3
