28g Protein powder pudding!

Okay since I'm sure I'm making some tonight (no B-day cake!!!- I'm more of a cookie dough eater anyways :-| lol) I'll share my pudding recipe! 1 scoop of protein powder (combat cinnamon bun is sweet or double rich chocolate gold standard whey is not as sweet- both tasted good), 2 tbsp vanilla almond milk, 1 tbsp nut butter OR 1 tbsp pb powder and 1/2 tsp of water. I like it chilled for 30 min, but it tastes good whenever!! With powder, pb2 powder, almond milk and water- calories: 158, fat:3, carbs: 7, protein: 28. You can also add 1/2-2 tbsp greek yogurt for more calories and thicker consistency and/or 1/2-1 tbsp liquid egg whites! Get creative and add mashed frozen bananas or strawberries or even use it as icing on a melted protein bar. Add 5 crushed dark chocolate chips if you want! I'm having it plain and simple because right now, everything counts! :) Try it and let me know what you think!! PS- DO NOT EXPECT A DONUT OR BROWNIE. Expect something tasty and sweet to help with cravings that won't set back your awesome progress. <3
