After 70 reps of leg extensions and 3 sets of increasing weights of 17-20 reps of leg presses, this was my final set of presses. Pounded out 16 reps, controlling the positive and negative, using NO momentum to push the weight. This was 20 pounds more than the last time and 30 more than the time before that.
