After leg extensions, I head over to the leg press. There are 2 ladies there and I've seen them before. They are NOT beginners. So I hang out on the next door hack squat until they are done. First of all they left their plates on the machine when done. Second, look at this, WTF, they were leg pressing. 20 POUNDS!!!! Go hard or go home and there is no such thing as " toning"!
