There are a lot of bodyspace friends asking me what type of diet I am doing. First of all, I'm not on a diet, I like to eat a lot ;). That's why I'm doing Lean Gains 16/8 Intermittent Fasting. I found this guide chart on Internet and like to share with all of you. I don't try to said that IF is the best option, everyone is different, but on my case, this is the only feeding method that helped me to decrease my body fat % without loosing muscle mass. I research for weeks this method to do my best and I am very happy with the results.
