I am 36 years old, personal trainer, mother of 3 children and married to my best friend. My story is not far from the typical standard story of a mother. I've had ups and downs that led me to have a poor nutritional diet. After gave birth my third child and 50 pounds overweight, I decided to change everything! I started eating healthier without diets or restrictions, just eat healthy. I decided to start training in the gym, dedicating time to me. An hour in the gym, it has become my favorite therapy is MY time. I've had times where I quit... is normal to feel discouragement and lack of motivation. I had a radial nerve injury that took me to no physical activity for two months, plus a pelvic rotation that let me unable to train for eight weeks. But you know what? Nothing stops me, because this is a lifestyle that grows with time. As women, we must start by helping us find the constant motivation to take our time and improve our health... Our children deserve healthy mothers! I feel the duty to change the lives of all those mothers who do not know where to start, but want to make a change now. You have my support and encouragement! Never give up!
