The warmer the weather gets the harder it is for me to stay in the kitchen for #mealprepsunday Anyone else have this issue?? I have to remind myself that one good day in the kitchen means 6 days of not having to worry about cooking, or making food decisions that throw me off my #macro game. Find your #motivation, define your goals, and make a plan. More importantly, stick to it, no matter what! Small #sacrifices here and there will get you that much closer to your goal.
