I felt like crap yesterday, but I pushed through it. All I wanted to do was lay in bed and sleep! Hopefully this head cold, or allergies, or whatever it is will be gone soon. On the left is some of Justin's food for the week: Stuffed Peppers,BBQ Chicken Stuffed Sweet Potatoes, and Shepherd's Pie from the freezer. Chicken Salad to go with his quest protein chips. Everything Protein Muffins, and a couple Taco Salads. On the right is food for the kids and myself. I'm still hooked on Simply Shredded Chicken, Cucumber Salsa, and Sausage & Kale Egg Bake. I threw in some LowCarb Protein Pancakes and Boiled Shrimp for my protein fast days this week. The kiddos love Tacos and Guacamole so I made sure to make plenty for our dinners this week as well. I hope you all had a successful day of food prep.Sometimes it's hard to stay motivated but we all have it in us to persevere! Now time for some rest so I can kick *** this week!
