After almost a week of absence from the gym, I'm determined to regain the strength and condition I was in before. I'm doing bi-lateral and uni-lateral movements to bring up my strength. With that, the mind-to-muscle connection is 50% greater (100% because the focus is on one side/arm instead of dividing your attention to the symmetry of both arms), thus I can focus more on the stretch and squeeze of the muscle.
