Two whole eggs, splash of cream, salt, pepper, oregano, minced onion, and garlic powder in the eggs and whipped up and poured into the frying pan sprayed with a little oil, inside is chopped up ham, mushrooms, green peppers, spinach, little bit of cheddar cheese, and salsa on top
