my Inspiration!
OVERALL RATING
Who's my inspiration? The people in this picture. This week for the Bodybuilding.com 200K Transformation Challenge, we are asked this question. My family is my inspiration. The top pic is our last family photo from 1987. A little more than a year later, we lost our mom to breast cancer. I was 20 & she was 50. My dad passed away 16 years later due to cancer and my brother passed away 18 years later. Just my sister & I are left. I can't even describe the impact these losses have had on my life. I'm inspired by all 3 of them to reach for my goals, live life to it's fullest, be strong & not put off things because you never know how much time you have left! My beautiful kids are in the lower right hand picture. They are almost the age I was when I lost my mom. I feel blessed to be healthy & be here for them and hope to be for years to come! They are my inspiration & keep me focused so I can try to live a healthy, happy life! By enjoying good nutrition, fitness, rest and weight training, I'm hoping to be healthy for a long time! Don't be jelly of that BIG 80's hair & goofy grin! My brother probably cracked a joke & had us laughing!
