In college, I worked at Gold's Gym and got a workout program there. Wish I would have kept it up! Nearing my 40th birthday, finally ready to make some BIG changes and found Buffmother.com, bodybuilding.com, Oxygen magazine and Tosca and the Eat Clean Diet books...Using all of these tools, reading and learning all I could... helped me transform!!

It's my medicine! Makes me feel good and happy! I love knowing that it keeps me healthy and feeling strong! Finally, I LOVE the satisfaction of making changes in my physique! I love to inspire others and help them feel as good as I do, and improve their health!
