From an instagram video. Had a great leg workout tonight. Taught cycling earlier today too! Beastmode is definitely on! Pulling that weight up and squeezing my glutes like all get-out. Lol. Did BB Plie Squats, Single Leg Press, Box Jumps & BB Hip thrusts too! How bad do I want it? BAD! Building dat BOOTY! Lol
