I always wanted to edit a pic like this! Lol. But truly... About ABS. I like to train them 2-3 times per week but seriously notice the most definition in them when I have a good diet. Healthy nutrition is the key in getting those defined, hard & lean abs! Train them consistently and add resistance...but you will notice the biggest difference by watching your macros. Keep training hard. I'm working hard too, to get these back! It's an ongoing process & constant battle! Lol :-)
