For every minute spent organizing, two are earned to focus on other things that matter....like your sanity!!! Soooooo Every. Night. Always. I 1. Ensure meals are prepped. Sunday is FUNDAY. I wake extra early to ensure a weeks worth is prepped, packaged and then everything is clean and put back away before the kids awake so I'm not interfering on their time. 2. Prepare morning fluids including 1L of lemon water and 1L of greens. Wake Shake and Slam! 3. Protein waffles are mixed(other than the egg whites) and ready to be prepared fresh. They cook while I brush the jibs. 4. Gym/work clothes laid out! No turning back once I've decided #fluffydayornot wearing it. 5. Gym bag packed and waiting for me at the door....It would never forgive me if I ever forgot it. 6. If I have time I toss in some extra protein in the slow cooker A. The 'smell of meat brings the boys to the yard'.... Kidding B. because you can never have too much food prepped 7. Vitamins sorted out- now me and my grandfather have something in common!! 8. The most important routine of all: COFFEE prepped and ready to go!!! Just the thought of that first cup excited this girl. Yes this takes time but not a lot. And practice breeds progress and now the anxieties of early morning chaos have become early morning excitements. Im 100% set up for next day success before I even close my eyes.
