#transformationtuesday What a difference over 3 years (almost 4) makes! For those of you who know me only from fitness, the picture on the left is from my music industry days. This particular photo is from the red carpet release of the film Beastly for which I wrote the theme song that my band (Kristina and The Dolls) performed to for the film's music video. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine my life would take such a wild turn from being the front woman of a rock band writing songs for movies to competing on stage in a bikini smiling and eventually win my IFBB Pro Card.
