I've always enjoyed an active lifestyle. Being a full time student at a UC, I spend many hours behind a desk studying. I started seeing and feeling changes in my body that I didn't like, so I decided that I needed to make time not only for my mind, but for for my body as well. I was seeking balance, and I strive to maintain it through life's peaks and valleys. It is the key to longevity!
