These are my current macros. They are working perfectly for me (RIGHT NOW). I say this, because they will change!! My plan of action right now is to fuel, build and grow a bit more. I will be taking on the challenge of competing this Spring, so as I get closer my numbers will change. BUT, I refuse to compromise my workouts by cutting down my numbers to aggressively for a show! Food is fuel!! I also refuse to turn into a gigantic crap head, when I start my cut!! If you have noticed that your performance level has decreased or your body is not making the changes you'd like. Id (PERSONALLY) suggest tracking your macros. Your body needs a certain amount of protein,fats and carbs for your desired goals!! (ps.. 300 carbs is pretty high, but my body LOVES them- some people's bodies don't). I enjoy eating, fueling and not depriving myself!!
