My fitness journey restarted after giving birth to my 2nd child 3 years ago. I became interested in running AND only running. My goal was to begin training for races and to complete a half marathon-which I did. I really enjoyed running, but my didn't!!! The extra miles gave me great problems with my feet and I eventually ended up with a stress fracture in my heel. So this set me back for a short time. I decided it was time to change up my routine a bit. Plus, I wasn't seeing all the results I had "hoped" for. I had lost all my baby weight, but did not feel tight and toned. This began my journey back into weight training ( I was an athlete and lifted throughout high school/college) and the discovery of interval training and circuit training. My passion grew so strong for exercise that I became a personal trainer. I knew the struggles I faced with becoming a mother/wife and wanted to reach out to others and help them through their struggles. I am happy to say I truly have found my dream job!!! I love training and exercising. I have a strong place in my heart for stregnth training,circuit/interval training and DIET. I have transformed my own body and hope with the help of this program and site to complete the "finishing' touches to my body.
