Shortcut to shred day 6. Was hoping for a wicked workout but the last two exercises just **** me off. I hate preacher curls because they squish my breasts and it hurts! I also don't feel like I get a good burn or pump in my biceps from them. Then there is the stupid forearm exercise. Why do I need to build my forearms??? Guys no comments! Lol! Oh well I got it done. Now to eat and get housework done. Looking forward to my rest day tomorrow. Happy Saturday all!
