In July of 2013 I made the decision that I needed to change my life for the better. No more sitting at home feeling sorry for myself. So I started going to the gym and would spend 1-2 hours there just losing myself into my workouts. I began adding free weights around the end of August and loved it. Prefer free weights to the machines or cardio only.

I love bodybuilding and working out because it helps me releive that tension and stress from daily life and work. I fell better and look better. It makes me feel like I can do anything and am considering competing in 2015. This has now become a way of life and more of a health focus for me. I have scoliosis and recently found that my spinal curvature is more pronounced than I had thought. Through the proper exercises I can strengthen my spine and prevent further damage.
