I have been getting hundreds of emails from ladies that are afraid that they are going to get "manly" if they lift heavy. It is a myth! I can incline chest press 60's and I weigh 123 right now. This pic is today after a rest day with a gallon of water in. I lift as heavy as my body will allow me to push, with proper form. I just keep getting smaller, but tighter and dense. We women do not create enough testosterone to get "manly". I am much tighter and smaller everywhere with the exception of my glutes. Don't be afraid of getting stronger, and be patient. I am almost 4 years into my transformation and I still am improving. Stay positve! :-)
