Still manage to follow my macros and be healthy at the airport even though I had to wake up at 3am . I made this oatmeal (1/3 cup oats, 1 cup egg whites, 1/2 cup frozen fruit, lots of cinnamon) last night so I could just grab it when I woke up. Then I got hungry later and they had boiled eggs at the airport and I had an orange and a protein bar but I already ate those... Haha! Stay on the grind! I'm going home this weekend and can't wait to be in my gymmmm
