This was a carb up meal 4 hours before tonight's leg workout. Spaghetti with pieces of a hamburger patty beneath the sauce, a small potato and a. 1/2 scoop of protein powder . 650 calories, 42 G protein, 105 carbs , 19 g fat . 3 hours later is pre workout meal.
