Woke up starved. Had a huge morning after back workout breakfast. About twice my normal amount of calories. Belgian waffle with a little maple syrup, hamburger patty, 2 hard boiled eggs, slice of watermelon and Crystal Light. Fit day says this was 805 calories, 36 G protein, 101 carbs and 27 fat.
