These were taken 1 year apart to the day. My first show on the left. Yesterday on the right. My secret: lifting **** heavy with squats, lunges, bridges, straight-leg deadlifts, and kick-backs. I added cellular cleansing to my program which keeps me shredded like this year-round. I didn't plan to do this show till the day before. Totally spur of the moment. Had been eating "off plan" all week including a rare martini and half bottle of wine on Wednesday. I love my new plan and the results speak for themselves if you ask me! I took 3rd yesterday in the Open. Didn't do the Masters. Not bad for a 47 yr old!
