Hit chest & tris, then b/c I slept in Saturday & skipped leg day, hit legs too! Not sure why, but I love to stretch with those cables... Makes to the traps pop! And since I did a double, I added toast to breakfast with PB2 (love that stuff!) Now I'm ready for the pool.... :)
