Check-in day with @megdonnelson . Time frame between pics is approx 8 weeks however this is irrelevant because this is not about training for a certain moment. This is about training for life...waking up each day frothing at the mouth to make yesterday jealous....it's about sweat, work and grind everyday....whether this is 8 weeks, 8 months, 8 years or age 80 I will always take progress shots because just like a fine wine- I plan to only get better with age!! #babygotback #butterflylats #pumpkindelts #anyprogressisprogress
