Just got done with my fasted cardio! I normally try to do fasted cardio twice a week! I know there are some people against fasted cardio out there and to each their own. The principal is you have a greater ability to burn from those stubborn fat areas (hip and thighs in women and also and and lower back for men) that are normally the last to go. ??
