New recipe is amaze-balls!!!! 1kg chicken breasts (cubed), 1 tsp fresh grated ginger, juice of 2 limes, 450g salsa & 1/2 cup PEANUT BUTTER (or almond butter). Throw into crockpot, cook on low for 6hrs... BOOM! So tasty... Did I mention made with all natural peanut butter?!?! Good workout + good food = happy girl! ;)
