Minestrone soup... well maybe not 'soup'

Home made goodness full of fresh veggies (carrots, celery, green beans, spinach, sweet potato, bell peppers). Added some kidney beans, extra lean ground turkey, and at the end, pot barley. Yum! Barley soaks up all the liquid... So not really much of a soup, but it is tasty!!
