Had a hard and heavy leg day today! Squats 10 sets of 12 at 150lbs. Dead lifts, hack squats, split squats deep and heavy. Heavy barbell step ups. Banded kickbacks, banded abductors, barbell bridges with 100 lbs. hold at the top to failure. Cable squats and cable kickbacks to failure. Then a half hour of posing! I hope y'all killed it!
