So comp season is over so I can now get fat right??!!!! No.... ?? so far from the truth. I'm reverse dieting out of my competitions which means slowly adding in carbs over a period if time. If I was to just blast my body with carbs I would blow up like a ballon with water. Slowly reintroduction carbs over a 4 weeks helps to reduce the effects of water retention. I am up about 5.5kg from stage weight at 94.4kg and still at 5.4 % BF (via Deta scan) which has been a gradual increase. Today was a heavy back day you'll see I'm wearing my @grippedfitness support belt, my lifts and form have improved since incorporating this into my training the right equipment can make a huge difference in your performance and injury prevention.
