I love taking this pre-workout for my late workouts because it gives me a awesome pump and I get enough energy to get through my workout but not so much I can sleep a great after. I also take this when I am cutting and I want to add a caffeine diet pill for extra energy in the gym. It gives you great pumps just take it 30min before your workout
