It's been a long assss winter and today was the first time I have had to put on a bikini other then for coaches progress pics. Although I'm def still wearing my winter parka and still have a few weeks left before my coach has given me the green light to start my summer cut, I am proud of the progress I have made in areas that were once weak spots for me aka gammies- glute/hammie tie in!!
