Week 2 day 10 of @krisgethin 12week video trainer, Shoulder day, Lifted HEAVY till I destroyed every angle of my shoulders from shrugs, smith machine presses,onearm presses, side lateral raise, ending it with 7sets 12-16reps reverse cable fly's using the FST-7 training principle & now I can't lift my arms lol Push Past Your Limits & Be More.
