I'm humbled and deeply honored for all the love that my friends and family have shown me on my Birthday! I feel most appreciated. I thank God for blessing me with these 28 years along with the ability to positively impact people to live a healthier lifestyle. I also give thanks to my parents who have raised me to be the person I am today. As 2014 marches on, I'm looking forward to the next chapter in life with my beautiful fiancée Crystal.
