Gains??? 4 month diff. Top: 1800 cals, cardio 4 to 5 x a week, lifting 6 days a week, weekly binges. Living on chicken and beans and crying myself to sleep over post comp rebound!!! Bottom: 1000 calories increase NO cardio, 4 days a week in gym- HEAVY lifts, 4 PWO meals of my favorite cereals, chex mix, frozen yogurts and even somedays the forbidden blue whales!!! Loving flexible dieting and this new found approach to BALANCE!!! I needed to see this today to remind myself of why I fell in love with this lifestyle to begin with...I may not be 'shredded' but I am something better than that... I am happy!!!
