Hey #fitfam a little #motivationmonday progress pic for you. This is me right now. A little insight: before I decided to start competing I always had a 6 pack. After my first 2 contests and being on a specific meal plan after each contest I binge ate and gained so much weight after each one. ?? now I am definitely a girl that can eat but I have never been like that before. Now my coach @teamperformancefitness @teamoctane has me on #iifym and I have never felt better nor been happier! I have energy, I can east with my friends and family again, and most importantly I don't get horrible cravings like I was before. I'm on a plan to be healthy and in shape all year round which is what this lifestyle should be all about anyways! Not just in shape for a contest! ?? Also 2 new goals I've added. I want my life to fit around #healthymindhealthyhearthealthybody so every morning I am either going to read, study, or my favorite play lumosity games! And every night I am going to run and build up my cardio endurance with my boo @krakkernutz (because safe to say I suck right now) and at the end of the day it's about being the best you!
