Very depressed at the moment. 2 years ago I hurt my neck. I had surgery on 3 herniated discs in my neck. I have been dealing with all kinds of nerve pain on the whole left side of my body. But I was functional. This morning I woke up in sever pain and had to goto doc. First thing he said when he saw me. NO working out! I Cried like a baby.
