I started working out for sports. I played soccer and baseball. Working out turned into bodybuilding when I got my hands on a Flex mag and wanted to look like those guys.

I started working out in High School. By the time I graduated I had put on alot of quality muscle and size. I went to college and continued training hard and heavy. I was addicted, couldn't put the weights down. Then it happened, November 2003 I was involved in a almost fatal car accident. I woke up 4 weeks later in intensive care. When I spoke to the doctor he told me, You are lucky to be alive. He said if you didn't have so much muscle mass you would not have survived, the average person would have died. Injured and muscles in atrophy, I swore to myself I would get myself back to where I was and better before the accident.
