use any type of veggies or meat (anything healthy that you would make an omelette with) ...fill muffin spaces with diced veggies, pour 1tbs of egg whites in each space, bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Remove from pan and let dry/cool on rack. Ready to eat or you can place in air tight plastic bag and eat throughout the week! Yummy!
