Well! I’ve moved again, This time for good as it was a purchase. I haven’t been able to hit the gym for a little bit but good news is I have a personal gym now! Basically just maintaining and getting ready to start again. Recently was called for a coaching position in the beginning of October and decided to commit. Very happy to be part of the game that I spent the first half my life training for, and being able to pass down what I’ve learned over the decades to the younger generations.
