I went through all of my jeans on Friday and decided that I needed to get rid of any jeans that were too big and ones I couldn’t wear without a belt. It was quite a few. I’m confident that I won’t be needing to all those size 36/38’s ever again and I’m happy to be wearing 34/32. I also found some jackets that last year I bought on line that were a bit tight and now they fit me just right. This is one of my favorite benefits of losing weight.
