then and now

I’ve made a lot of changes to this body and mind over the last few years. I’m beginning to really see and feel the difference. I’m still the same insecure man you see in the picture on the left but I’m trying my darndest to not listen to those pesky voices in my head telling me, your body still looks like that even though the size of my jeans has gone from 40 to 34.
