First day back in the gym after my week off because of that horrible stomach bug I am still wrestling with. Taking it easy and easing myself and body back into the swing of things. No need for a relapse. Just a mild slow walk on the treadmill for an hour and then gradually all that other stuff like lifting weights and crushes later on in the week. Time to wake up myself and my body. Pace yourself boy.
