Happy #FlexFriday Aliens! How are your gains going? Iâm finishing strong with phase 1 of my fitness programming this weekend & then Iâm pumped up to start phase 2 next week. Itâs always fun starting new phases as both the whole workout & diet plan schemes completely change. That stimuli switch up is essential for your body & overall progression, but also very much so for your mentality too because it really does make the process a lot more enjoyable by not being monotonous. You gotta make sure to stay challenging yourself. Stack up more wins. Never sacrifice happiness. Continue making progress. Keep gaining momentum with results. Believe in yourself & have no limits!
