back at it

Well it literally took heaven and earth to get back to the gym after a very Long Beach vacation. It’s 4:30 AM, pitch black outside, pouring down rain , just got my covid booster yesterday afternoon had a horrible Monday but it’s always that first step that is the hardest so here I am on my favorite treadmill, got my favorite music playing on my iPod. Ready to return to some normalcy, routine and do what I need to do to be healthy and fit which makes me happy even if everything else around me seems to be going absolutely crazy!
