Starting my nutrition journey off right with these awesome cottage cheese pancakes this morning. Plan is to go lower carb / high fat with an emphasis on protein and a 10/14 intermittent fast. I did most of my meal prep yesterday: beef and potato stew, vegetable and lentil soup and pork chops in a pizza style sauce. Also made carrots, Brussel sprouts and broccoli and cauliflower. Just missing my Dijon trout Iâll make fresh for supper tonight and a few chicken sandwiches to eat with my soup. Repost since I forgot the photo in the original. ?
