YOU GUYS! I literally did ALL the things at the gym today! The gym wasn’t packed as usual so I literally tried a little of EVERYTHING! It was so freeing and so satisfying! I tracked absolutely nothing on purpose. I wanted to play on my favorite playground. I even took the boot off and got a few squats in! ?? I felt so strong and confident! It was perfect! Now home to shred some chicken for taco Tuesday! ?? Love you FitFam! ?
